Luxit complies with all the legal requirements required by the CNMV (National Securities Market Commission) and competent bodies. Luxit tokenizes a participatory loan per property, which is offered to investors through an STO (Security Token Offering), with the approval of an ESI as an agent regulated by the CNMV according to article 35.2 of the Securities Market Law.
To acquire and to trade this tokenized asset Luxit will have to perform KYC (Know your customer) and AML procedure to fully know who is using Luxit. This is a common practice in legacy financial institution like stock brokers including Cryptocurrency exchanges like Binance or CFDs brokers like Etoro and Plus500.
Each tokenized asset will have its own legal contract and specifications in order to ensure to the investor’s fair conditions. Luxit Legal team will ensure tokens and procedures fully comply with the current regulation of security tokens.
