Tokenization

Once the opportunity is found it is presented to Lucid´s community in the marketplace. The asset (that has not been purchased yet) is tokenized and digitally represented by tokens.

Tokenization Structure in this case study:

• Total Value to tokenized: 20000$

• Tokens emitted: 10000

• Cost per token: 2$

• Max tokens per investor: 500

• Max investment per investor: 1000$

• Time limit to buy all tokens: 7 days

Lucid investors will have a certain time limit to buy the tokens emitted by the platform (review the Payment Methods section for the available payment options there are). Hopefully, Lucid´s community believes this is a good investment and successfully buys all the tokens. The amount of investors that can participate goes from 20 to 1000 as the maximum investment is 1000$.

In case the tokens are not completely sold in the 7 days specified then the investment is canceled and all the funds are returned.
