Luxit´s launchpad is a security token launchpad where specific tokenized luxury assets investments are offered. Luxit´s community will be able to participate in this STOs (Security Token Offering) and benefit from great opportunities selected by Luxit´s Team.

This launchpad provides all the needed functionality in order to participate in tokenized investment opportunities in the luxury market in a secure and easy way. Luxit will display all the investment opportunities currently available and all the assets that have already been tokenized. Tokens will be registered using blockchain technology in order to ensure immutability, traceability, and security.

Who can launch tokens (STOs)?

In the early stages of the platform, Luxit´s team will be the only one allowed to launch investments in this marketplace/launchpad. However, Luxit´s vision is to become just a technological and infrastructure provider in a digital luxury derivatives market. Eventually, the primary marketplace will allow trustworthy and verified external operators to launch their own investment opportunities

Who can participate in STOs?

To participate in STOs you must have registered and provided valid identity information and KYC. The token sale will have whitelisting procedures to ensure that only desired users can participate. Our intention is to build a powerful community

How can tokens be purchased?

Tokens from an STO have absolutely no difference from typical DEFI IDOs. Just by using a wallet and interacting with the STO Smart Contract, a user will be able to participate in the STO. The STO will have time and capital constraints to ensure it is a fair process. For each STO a contract detailing the investments specifications will be available. This will allow the investor to be sure about the conditions of the offering

It Is important to highlight that this launchpad can be used to tokenize any kind of asset. Although Luxit is focused on the luxury market, any kind of investment can be offered to Luxit´s community. This is the power of tokenization and abstraction of functionality.
